Do your prices include GST?

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Product pages also show the ex GST price.

How much is shipping?

Metro orders over $500.00 from one warehouse ship free. See shipping & delivery for all rates.

Where do orders ship from?

Directly from our distribution partners' Australian warehouses, usually within 1–3 business days.

What does "Available to order" mean?

The product isn't in the warehouse right now but can be ordered in. We'll confirm the expected date before charging you.

Can I get a quote for my business?

Yes. Contact us with what you need and we'll send a quote, including volume pricing.

What about warranty?

Everything we sell is genuine stock with the manufacturer's Australian warranty.
