Shipping & delivery
Orders ship direct from our distribution partners' Australian warehouses, usually within 1–3 business days. If your order includes items from more than one warehouse, each part ships separately and shipping is worked out for each one.

Some products ship from a second warehouse with free shipping on orders over $1,500.00; below that, shipping is confirmed after you order. Your cart shows which applies.
Metro covers all of NSW, VIC and the ACT, plus Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Brisbane, the Gold and Sunshine Coasts and major regional QLD cities. Enter your postcode in the cart to see your rate.
Large and heavy items
Items over 30 kg, longer than 1165 mm or larger than 0.12 m³ (such as racks, large UPS units and big displays) are quoted separately. We'll contact you with the cost before dispatch.
Delivery
- We can't deliver to PO boxes. Please use a street address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Software licences and warranty extensions are delivered electronically at no charge.
